Benchmarking

At QCCN we take pride in the way we develop strong and lasting relationships with our clients and stakeholders. We constantly benchmark our processes and outputs and our team regularly attend further training to enhance our skills. This ensures we provide our clients with steady high quality work and outcomes.

To ensure these high standards are maintained, we undertake regular surveys to gauge how we are perceived to be performing by clients as well as our partners and suppliers.

In our most recent Partner Satisfaction Survey more than 120 clients, partners, and suppliers were surveyed and asked to identify their level of satisfaction in dealings with QCCN.

100 per cent of respondents rated our professional performance as either "exceptional" or "good". Comments included "professional and obliging" and "great application of the 80-20 rule to get results without wasting resources".

Other results included:

As an aid to professional benchmarking and to provide recognition for our clients, whenever appropriate, QCCN nominates projects and staff for awards to recognise the level of professionalism at which we work.

We believe that our continued success is an indication of our commitment to quality outcomes and exemplifies our standard of output.
